*I am not a dietician or nutritionist, and I am not qualified to give professional advice on eating disorders. But I know that food is a complicated subject for women. I might not have a degree in nutrition, but I do know what it's like to have a difficult relationship with food because of societal pressures and social media. So, this is my personal way of living a happy and balanced life. I hope that this site is a place for women to understand that eating should be fun, intentional, and not something we have to think about constantly.
