Intentional
Living
is
Powerful.
It seems as though there are a million health accounts out there that talk about how to live a healthy life with food. This may seem like just another one of those accounts, and in a way, it is. But I believe that there can never be “too many” outlets for how to properly deal with body positivity and eating right. There may be hundreds of positive accounts out there, but for every hundred, there are a thousand negative ones too. I want to be a part of the positive change and attitude toward food that we are instilling in each other nowadays. I want to show that in order to live a healthy life as a woman, you not only need to eat, but you need to enjoy eating to live.
For so long, women have been unintentionally misled to believe things about their bodies and how to properly fuel them. Look, I'm not a dietician or a nutritionist, but I want people to understand that eating food should be intentional. It should be fun, satisfying, and above all, it shouldn't be something you have to think about constantly.
